Post dante's inferno
ive been playing this for a couple days now and its pretty good. VERY similar to god of war, if i didn't know better i would have sworn it was made by the same people. the way the character moves is almost identical, the jumps, climbing walls, using ropes and ladders. that sort of thing. if you liked god of war you'll probably like this ones too.

the story is alright, if a little generic. save the girl and save the world. the game also has a moral aspect as well. basically you can be good or evil and there are different powers accordingly. this even factors into how you do combat. there are relics you can find that level up and get better as you use them. i find the ui a bit annoying however, its one of those games where you dont have any camera control. that always annoys me, you're basically blind to anything in the foreground and sides. another detraction is how much button mashing there is. i mean this game has you hitting the same button as fast as you can a LOT. im not exactly new to gaming but i can't play this game for more then a couple hours at a go without the right thumb starting to hurt. im pretty much starting to think they do this on purpose so you wear out your controller and have to buy new ones.

It's because this game is so like God of War that I was completely turned off by it.

I mean I'd probably get it if I was having trouble sleeping, and needed a good sleep aid. Just thinking about anything resembling God of War bores me.
