Post Hands-free law passed in Oregon and Washington state
There has been some communication recently from our HR group concerning the use of our work BlackBerrys while driving our cars. As a result, my department exchanged quite a bit of comedic emails with pics attached. Our telephony guy happened across this gem:

some of the area i live in is like that, and cops have been handing out some hefty tickets for it. i kind of wonder if it applies to cops talking on their radios while driving. and really is it so different from eating take out while driving? reading a bill board? changing the radio station or any number of things you do while driving? i sort of think if you can't talk on the phone and drive at the same time, maybe you shouldn't have a license. people should realize that just because you want to drive doesn't mean your skilled enough to do it.
